Appointment Times

Appointment times are generally available Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Some weekend appointments can be arranged upon special request. To schedule an appointment, email info@devanarmstrong.com or call 317-833-9160. Your appointment can be scheduled within 48 hours of your first contact.

Fee Schedule

The first session is an assesment that generally takes 60-70 minutes and is $85; all other appointments last 50 minutes and are $75. Frequency of sessions depends on the situation, but most clients find it beneficial to maintain weekly appointments.

Payment

You have the convenience of paying with cash, check, or any major credit card. We can provide the necessary documentation for you to file a reimbursement claim with your insurance provider if necessary.

If you wish, you may fill out the following forms and bring them with you to your first session; they will also be available when you arrive for your appointment.
